1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Product Photo AI Studio is an iOS mobile application that provides:
- AI-powered background removal for product images (1 credit per image)
- AI-generated studio photography for products (2 credits per image)
- Access to 7 main product categories with specialized subcategories
- High-resolution image exports for e-commerce use
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account
3.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription tiers:
- Starter: $9.99/month or $99.99/year (100 credits/month, includes 3-day free trial)
- Pro: $19.99/month or $199.99/year (220 credits/month, no free trial)
- Enterprise: $39.99/month or $399.99/year (500 credits/month, no free trial)
4.2 Free Trial
- Only the Starter plan includes a 3-day free trial
- You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
- Free trials are limited to one per user
- Full subscription price applies after trial expiration
4.3 Billing and Payment
- All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month
- Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary date
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
4.4 Credits
- Credits are allocated monthly or yearly based on your plan
- Background removal: 1 credit per image
- AI studio photos: 2 credits per image
- Credits reset at the start of each billing period
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next period
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
4.5 Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through iPhone Settings > Subscriptions
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Cancellation does not delete your account or data
4.6 Refunds
- Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
- We do not process refunds directly
- Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use our Service for:
- Creating professional product images for your business
- Removing backgrounds from your product photos
- Generating studio-quality product photography
- Commercial use of generated images for your e-commerce business
5.2 Prohibited Use
You may NOT use our Service to:
- Process images you don't own or have rights to use
- Create, upload, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI models
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
- Resell or redistribute our Service or generated images to others
- Create competing products or services
- Abuse the credit system or attempt fraud
- Process images containing identifiable people without consent
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Your Content
- You retain all rights to images you upload
- You grant us a license to process your images to provide the Service
- We do not claim ownership of your uploaded or processed images
- You are responsible for having rights to all uploaded content
6.2 Generated Content
- You own the images generated by our AI for your uploaded content
- Generated images may be used for commercial purposes
- You may not claim the AI technology or models as your own
6.3 Our Intellectual Property
- The app, AI models, and all technology remain our property
- Product Photo AI Studio name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved
7. Content and Data
7.1 Image Processing
- Images are temporarily stored for processing
- Processed images are available for download for 30 days
- We automatically delete images after the retention period
- You can manually delete images anytime
7.2 Content Moderation
- We reserve the right to review uploaded content
- Inappropriate content may be removed without notice
- Repeated violations may result in account termination
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
9.1 Uptime
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
9.2 Service Modifications
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- Significant changes will be communicated in advance
- We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation
10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.2 AI-Generated Content
- AI results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet your expectations
- We do not guarantee specific quality or accuracy of outputs
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use
- AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results
10.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid in the last 12 months
- Issues resulting from your misuse of the Service

- Download and payment are subject to Apple's terms and policies
- Apple is not responsible for the Service or these Terms

- We are not responsible for third-party content or practices

13. Dispute Resolution

- Posting updated Terms in the app and on our website
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Notification for material changes (in-app or email)
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
16. Termination
16.1 By You
- Delete your account through app settings
- Cancel your subscription through Apple
- Stop using the Service
16.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- Your account is inactive for extended periods
- We discontinue the Service
16.3 Effect of Termination
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
- Outstanding subscription charges remain due
- Your data may be deleted per our retention policy
- Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Product Photo AI Studio.
