Delete your account
Permanently remove your Product Photo AI Studio account and associated data. Deletion is initiated in the iOS app and processed on our servers.

What happens when you delete your account
Permanent deletion
After you confirm in the app, your account and linked data are removed from our servers. Deleted accounts cannot be restored, and previous photos, credits, and history will not be recovered.
At a glance

- Who can delete: Signed-in account holders on iOS
- After deletion: You are signed out and returned to the login screen
- Same email later: You may register again, but prior data will not return
Delete your account in the app
Follow these steps on your iPhone or iPad. An internet connection is required.
Open the app
Launch Product Photo AI Studio on your device.
Sign in
Sign in with the account you intend to delete.
Open Settings
Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.
Choose Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom and tap the red Delete Account option.
Confirm deletion
Review the message, then tap Delete Forever to complete the process.
When deletion finishes, you will be signed out automatically. You can create a new account with the same email later, but your previous data will not be available.
What is removed
The following data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems
Profile & access
Account credentials, email, and profile details tied to your login.
Credits & history
Remaining credit balance and in-app usage history.
Your images
Saved and AI-processed photos stored on our servers for your account.
In-app billing records
Subscription and purchase history displayed inside the app.
Subscriptions are separate
Cancel billing through Apple — not through account deletion
Deleting your account does not cancel billing
App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel your subscription separately to avoid future charges.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Product Photo AI Studio.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.

Before you delete
Complete this checklist to avoid surprises
- Download or export any images you want to keep — deletion cannot be reversed.
- Confirm you are signed into the correct account.
- Cancel your App Store subscription if you no longer want to be billed.
- Stay connected to the internet until deletion completes.
